1955
Fasac is established in Milan.
1968
Stamperia Umbra is founded in Umbria region.
1971
The very first purification plant to treat wastewater in Italy is installed at the Stamperia Umbra facility.
1972
The company starts up the printing business in Cassina Rizzardi (Como).
1984
Joining forces with Stamperia Valmulini, Fasac establishes Stamperia di Cassina Rizzardi (SCR).
1990
The Curti family acquires 100% of the group.
1995
Stamperia Umbra is turned into a textile dye company.
2008
2011
The group installs a state-of-the-art photovoltaic system.
2014
The company invests in a cogeneration plant powered by methane gas to produce hot water, steam, and electricity.
2016
The group acquires Divisione Tessile, while also focusing on recruiting for strategic managerial roles to support and sustain the business growth.
2020
Opening of new sales offices in the Cassina Rizzardi facility.
